Good Guys finish first!

This week, my Dad's covered trailer and tools were stolen from his driveway.  Replacement value is about $10,000.  Those of you that know my Dad understand that his tools are his livelihood.  But more than that, those tools are part of his mission.  If there is a 90 yr old great grandmother with no air in the middle of August or no heat in February, my Dad is the first one there.  I bet most of my friends and family have benefited from his talents.  We all know he charges well under the going rate for services and that's if he even accepts payment at all!  This summer hasn't been easy on my Dad.  He recently moved.  Within the first 2 weeks at the new place, his dog was hit and killed by a car.  That 4-legged, furry friend was his constant companion.  The night she was hit, no one stopped, or knocked on the door.  He simply found her dead in the middle of the road.  He was absolutely devastated.  And now this week, his trailer & tools have been stolen right out of the drive.  Needless to say, he could use your prayers.  But in addition, I want to help restore his faith in his community.  I want to be the catalyst that helps  the "good guy" finish first this time!  If my Dad has ever helped you out in a pinch and didn't expect anything in return, now would be a great time to return the favor.  He will definitely not like that I'm making his troubles public.  However, after thinking about this all night long, I believe helping the guy who is ALWAYS helping someone else is exactly what needs to be done.  The faster he can replace his tools, the faster he can return to helping others.  Just this once, let's rally around the good guy...a selfless, hardworking, generous to a fault & loving Dad.
