Stroke Victim needs help

January 22nd 2018, my brother, Howie, went in for surgery of a carotid artery. The operation was a failure and he stroked while in recovery. He had 2 more surgeries that evening. He has a tracheotomy and feeding tube.  Doctor said it was the worse possible outcome. He was in the hospital for 8 weeks then transferred to a rehab/nursing facility. His trach came out and he ended up in ER.  Went back to the nursing home. The next day he was back in ER with pnuemonia and sepsis (staph infection).  He was in ICU for a week and in a Progressive Care unit. He is going to be sent home as the insurance company has denied many requests for qualified facility to assist in his rehabilition. His wife refuses to have him go back to the place he was in.  He had regressed there. She has the passion to care for him but not the physical strength nor the finances . This is going to cause financial ruin with all the co-pays and out of pocket expenses. They are 
new to the area and don't have a support system locally. Our family is spread out in 5 different states.
