Haiti In January

I am praying and dreaming to be able to travel to Haiti with B.E.M. in January - not only once, but twice! 
Jan 11 - 18th: Restavec Freedom Alliance (RFA) is a brance of B.E.M. that runs 2 group homes for children rescued from slavery and other dangerous/unhealthy situations. I love all 32 children dearly, especially my sponsored daughter Rose Guerlande. The week will spent in partnership with the local schools teaching English, music, Bible lessons, and more. We will have a banquet, give Christmas gifts, go to the beach one day, and other fun activities as well! We hope to build a basketball court and help with construction of a new home.
Jan 24 - Feb 1: This trip is with a medical team of 13, including six RN's, two pastors and a pharmacist (six are First Church members). We will be serving the same five Les Cayes villages that we served last year, holding a medical clinic in each one. Our medical teams are often the only care that the villagers ever receive. Any extra time the team has is spent visiting orphanages, and sharing food and the Gospel.
