Flood support for Dark Angel

'It is with great distress that we have to announce the closure of 'The Dark Angel Design Co' for the foreseeable future. The studio has been badly affected by the horrific floods that have devastated much of the area. We are currently under four foot of water and the emergency services will not allow us access to the building to assess the damage.'
The studio was flooded out in 2012.
3 years later it has happened again.
After the 2012 floods, prevention measure had been in place but due the unprecedented levels of rain over the last few days, nothing could have prepared for the high level of water which swept through Heben Bridge over Christmas 2015.
This terrible event has left Dark Angel unlikley to open again in the near future, but even worse this leaves the brilliant team of ladies who make the wonderful outfts, without employment and who are, in many cases, dealing with the flooding of their homes.
I have opened this page in order to reach out to all who know 'Dark Angel'. I hope to raise as much as we can ... helping the team and their families to cope on a financial level for the next few weeks while they slowly put their lives back together after this devasting flood.

All funds raised will be presented to the owners of Dark Angel who will ensure the monies reaches the right people who are in desperate need of our support.
