Puppy for Mom and Dad

The puppy in this picture is a Pomeranian and I'm seeking help to get this dog from my parents. Before I was born my parents had a dog named Savache and he looked just like this. But in the building they use to live in told them if they didn't get rid of the dog they would be evicted. My father gave the dog to a family member of his and Savache didn't last a long time after. He passed due to food poisoning. My parents were devastated. But now we are looking for a new dog and when I stumbled unto this picture my parents fell in love. What we are asking for is not just the price but for the medical expenses soon to come. So would you please help me surprise my parents. When dog has been purchased a picture of her would be up
