Help Break Our Losing Streak!

We need assistance and we need it badly. Anything at this point is a blessing. Our family has had bad and worse luck and our children are suffering for it.
Over the last year, my husband has become unemployed to underemployed to an apprentice.
I have maintained my job, but went out on maternity leave, which meant I got 60% of my pay check while we had 0% from my husband.
Through the generosity of family and friends, we were able to keep going, as we tried to get back on our feet. I tried to get a second job that would work with being a full time employee and a mom. (Turns out I am not a very good sales person and no one is buying...) We have tried dog sitting, etc.
In the last 2 weeks, both cars have needed major repairs, causing us to miss work, school and payments on bills. (Do you buy groceries or pay for car repairs?) Both the 8 month old and the 3 year old have gotten sick and this means more time at home and less at work. (Ok, skip this loan payment for medicine.)
In this most recent snow storm, with both boys sick with bronchitis, we lost power for 24 hours. When it came back, there was a major surge and it fried our furnance. We tried to finance a fix/replacement, but clearly after 12 months of disasters, we have fried our credit.
I need help. We need help. And as much as it is hard to beg, I am begging you to please help us.
