Praying for a successful recovery

I am writing this on behalf of my girlfriends family. On December 9th at around 12am, Larry (her brother) was a victim of a senseless crime. As he was walking to his apartment complex from a long days work, Larry suffered gun shot wounds to his chest, cheek, jaw, and shoulder. Through all this he still managed to yell for help and consciously dial 911 before the shock hit in and helped arrived. Larry was rushed to the hospital and is currently under physicians care in critical condition. The detectives are investigating a motive, but it is very possible that Larry could be a victim of a cruel hate crime. Unfortunately, The person who did this fled the scene and detectives are still looking for answers. I understand its the holidays, and that we all have our own hardships to cope with, but if you can find it in your heart to come together and help me raise money to ease the medical expenses for this family, it would mean the world to me. **** UPDATE*** Larry is still in critical condition but he did manage to open his eyes today and that's a great sign. Updates will be posted to this page as soon as we find out any news. Thank you all for your support and donations.
