Dave was diagnosed with Metastatic Squamous Cell Carcinoma in May 2012. He
bravely fought cancer until his death on November 15, 2013. He was 39 years
old. He is sorely missed by his wife Erin, and his three beautiful children
Alice, Tim and PJ, as well as by his many friends, family members and
community.
