Help save for Uno's surgery

Unfortunately Uno is going to need surgery to put pins in his leg because a horrible accident that happened. He was doing what he loved most, playing at the park, when he jumped for a ball and landed awkwardly on his right rear leg and it wasn't a pretty site. The surgery that he needs is called an arthrodesis, which is very expensive. I understand that it is X-mas time and most of us are worried about buying presents and such.
