Hope for the holidays

My mother and sister recently had a house fire. We are so very thankful and blessed that no one was harmed, but they have been hit with bad news about the severity of the fire and damage to the house and personal items. Normally around this time we would be preparing for our 12 days til Christmas family tradition. If you know my family you know we are very tight, always full of joy and laughter but this has dampened the Christmas spirit for my family. This is the worst time to have to go through something like this, as COVID-19 has already brought on hard times and many uncertainties.  That’s why I’m asking you to join me in bringing a little hope and cheer back into the holiday season for my family. They didn’t ask me to do this but I myself have been having  a million questions with no answers so I know they are really going through it and I want to bring them some type of peace.
