I am creating this fundrasier for my nephew Jason Baker. He had a heart attack last month that required an ambulance ride to St. Cloud Hospital for surgery with 5 stents put in. He is currently doing rehab to get his strength back, but this unfortunate health crisis has left him and his family struggling to know how they are going to pay the extensive medical bills that have occured, as he does not have the best medical coverage.
