Michaela and family need your help!

My name is Michaela Grace Hunter. My mom is Meghan McDonald Hunter and Travis Carter is going to be my step-dad. Last week I went to take a nap and when my mom checked on me something was wrong. She scooped me up and took me to the local hospital. I had a temperature of 108 and had to have an IV, ice packs, and the respiratory therapist had to breath for me. I had to take a helicopter ride to Burlington Vermont Medical Center where they have a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. I have been in the hospital over ten days. My mom has been here with me while my two brothers and two sisters are back in my hometown of Massena, NY with my grandparents and aunts. The doctors don't know when I will be able to go home. Some say I may need to go to another city for rehabilitation, but they keep running tests and I hope I can go home soon. While I am away from home, my mom has been staying with me but going home to see my brothers and sisters too. She will have to go back to work soon. I am asking that you help me by helping my mom. She could use money for gas and meals so that when she is working, she will also be able to come to see me when the time allows. While I am in the hospital, my room at home is being remodeled so that it will be ready for me when I get to go home. Any help would be appreciated.
