My name is Melissa and I got on Instagram 3 years ago when planning my wedding via the knot app. I have formed friendships with hundreds of women through the wedding planning process, getting pregnant, becoming a mom and all the other things that have happened in our lives these last three years.
One of my sweet sweet friends who just delivered her second baby girl 4 weeks ago was just diagnosed with breast cancer after the birth of her baby. As you can imagine how devastating that must be, especially at such a happy time. This sweet mama isn't even 25 years old, they're a young couple and dad is a marine stationed in Coronado ca and mom (her name is Lizeth) is in Bakersfield with her two girls 3 year old Hailee and 4 week old Aurora. So I have been so touched by her story and compelled to do so something for her.
I am holding an auction for her on Instagram on January 11 on my account @brennasfashionfinds and I also wanted to create this gofundme for those of you that are so inclined to donate money. The money that is raised will go to this family to help them with their growing medical bills and to help them take care of their family.
