With countless rumors and reports from Ukraine being shared through social and mass media, a team of bilingual Ukrainian-Americans would provide the world's English speakers with a clear and current firsthand perspective on developments in Ukraine.

The team travelling to Kyiv consists of
- Julian Hayda, DePaul University,
- Adriana Krasniansky, Fordham University.

The following team members will remain in the US to provide logistical and technical support:
- Michael Fedynsky, University of Notre Dame,
- Seamus Kelleher, The Ohio State University,
- Mykola Murskyj, Perimeter Institute and Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Collective credentials:
- Intern experience at Ukrainian Parliament
- UN Representation, World Federation of Ukrainian Women's Organizations
- Fulbright Scholarship, Ukraine, 2013
- Documentary coverage of NATO Summit, Chornobyl
- Bilingual Ukrainian and English.

Members of our team plan on having a presence on the ground in Kyiv beginning December 10th through at least December 18th. We hope to accomplish two main goals. First, we will create a blog on which we will post firsthand updates of events transpiring throughout each day. At the end of every day, members of our team will compose an article summarizing the day's events, framing them into a larger political, social, and historical context. Secondly, our team will produce a documentary of the EuroMaidan, targeted toward an English-speaking Western audience. This film project will be largely aided by our team's already established contacts in Kyiv who have documented and followed the development of this historic movement.

Hayda and Krasniansky plan to arrive in Kyiv on December 10th. Fedynsky, Murskyj, and Kelleher will remain in the United States to provide logistical support and help with coordination. The team will blog events as they occur, and to analyze these events in a broader political and historical context. We will also begin the production of an English language documentary about Euromaidan, which will targeted toward Western audiences. Our greatest impediment is a lack of funds for travel, lodging, insurance, and equipment. Any assistance you or your organization can provide will help the world learn about the events of Euromaidan. Please consider donating as we seek to document these monumental events in Ukrainian history.
