Ovarian Cancer, Stage 4

My dear friend Jodi Lynn McCoy that I have had the  privilege to have met unfortunately is finally getting her diagnosis to what had been an ongoing medical struggle on her for the last 5+years. Many doctors appointments, many unanswered questions , until now... I remember many days/nights she would come into work in extreme pain amongst other issues .. having to power through her shift because she's a single mom and her daughter needed her. Many shifts she would give into  her pain and go home.. Hearing her talk about her struggles medically and financially. She powered through to provide for her and her daughter was hard . She thought she was on the winning side financially finally until Covid 19 struck, putting her out of work for 2 months with no backup..she finally got back to work,that lasted a few weeks. She fell sick again..landing in the hospital with fever and pain in her abdomen. She had numerous tests done, she developed a severe internal  mass and infection that was bigger than the size of a golfball..We prayed the surgery  will cure her ailments. A few weeks later she had been sick again so the Dr did a scan to see if all was good... but little did we know, it wasn't. She had her biopsy and her doctor confirmed that She had Stage 4 Cancer.. it has attached to her Lymph nodes, bowel, ovaries and cervix.  Jodi is due to start treatments for a month to see if they can shrink the tumor a before attempting surgery. This is a very stressful and worrisome time for Jodi and her daughter who is starting her final year in High School. Jodi is taking things in stride. Trying to be strong for her daughter. She needs Xtra healthy foods, nutrients to heal her body and that takes money. Money they don't have. Her daughter needs to scale down work hours for school and now to help her mother through those tough nights after treatments.  Jodi has spent hours/days on end helping others. Opening her home and her heart to those in need regardless of her needs.  Giving to others. Lifting others in their times of need. Please help us give Jodi the much needed support. Knowing she don't have to stress out about money and bills. Any money donated will be monitored and used as needed to help cover monthly house expenses, gas to appointments, expensive medications she will need.
