Emergency oral surgery

Back in March '16, I was coming out of grocery store, I heard a voice, "Excuse me...", turned my head, was surprised by a baseball bat across my mouth. I heard "OMG, you're not him." then saw a figure ran away.  Cops came, nobody wanted to be wisness. (The police did located the guy, zeo money or insurance. Policed called it, mistaken identity. Also, he was the one that cut my brake line two weeks earlier)

Had mouth and teeth looked at. Was told that blow had fractured all of teeth. From that time, I have been losing bits and pieces of my teeth. Have had 6-7 teeth pulled sine that time. Now I have found out that I have a severe infection in ALL of my teeth. ALL are in some type of abscessed.

I need to have ALL of my teeth pulled by an oral surgeon. Then I will need denchers. This money will cover the oral surgeon, removal of teeth and starter denchers until my gums will heal. Surgery is scheduled for September 25th @ Aspen Dental. Yes I have explored other ways, Medical schools, free clinics (we make to much money), etc., all have been exhausted. 

I have no insurance, can't get a loan, a renter, very little savings, zero retirement funds, father of two special needs kids, etc. I hate for asking for money like this, but I am boxed into a corner. Can you please help me. Thank you.
