The money raised via this website will be donated solely to McKay Memorial and Rehab in Soap Lake. The first priority will be to replace the 75 year old diesel boiler system that is currently in use.
This system has served McKay well but is now inefficient and out of date making temperatures hard to regulate and replacement parts hard to find. McKay estimates a monthly savings of approximately $3,500.00 per month with the new system! The replacement system will allow the resident's room temperature to be set at an acceptable temperature based on the individual which is something that they do not have now.
