As a patron of The United Kingdom Thalassaemia Organisation, I am trying to raise awareness about Thalassaemia. I will be running 5K in Grovelands Park on behalf of the charity.
It's been many years since I did anything like a Fun Run! I have been training by following the Couch to 5K app.
