Hi my name is Helen and I am going to run 5k on 13/4/25 to raise money in support of the charity Kats Cradle.

The volunteers rescue the stray cats of the West Midlands, taking them off the streets and into their own homes and nurse them back to health. The hope is that they a rehomed and find love with a new family or return them to their original home.

The money raised will go towards their food, vaccinations, endless vet bills.

I lost my cat 6 months ago, he was aged 15. He came to me as a stray. This is also to honour him.
