Motorcycle accident

I was on my way to work when a SUV clipped the front of my motorcycle and it ejected me off into a concrete Barrier on a bridge at roughly 65MPH and I flipped over onto opposite way of/oncoming traffic and I rolled for about 50 feet until I stopped and looked to see a f150 coming my way... I had too much adrenaline to notice anything, but he ran over my back, causing me to have a good amount of back issues where it is hard to walk and move.. so I will be out of work for atleast a month and will not be able to lift or do anything that involves labor, so I am raising money to pay for my hospital bills and my bills that I pay regularly. It’s hard for me to walk and get up out of the bed. Anything helps. I broke my foot, fractured 4 ribs, and I fractured 2 bones in my vertebra.. thank you for your help!
