a local Homer, Ak family is about to lose their home to foreclosure. i am trying to do anything possible to help them get caught up so this doesn't happen. anything you can do to help get them out of this situation will be greatly appreciated. please help!

To explain a little further. The family that is in need is my family, my parents Karen & Lee Corbell. They are about to lose their home to foreclosure. They have struggled so hard the last few years to make ends meet. My brother has had a huge impact on their finances, and has been physically and emotionally draining to our entire family due to his TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) he was almost well and living a normal life but went down-hill again the middle of last winter. Often part of traumatic brain injury is the onset of a mood disorder. My brother has had frequent breaks with reality since his injury but with my families support he has had a place to be safe, warm and fed. Our mother and father have worked so hard to keep our family together while caring for my brother through all of the medical and financial ups and downs. My mother graduated with her teaching degree in 2011. She substitute taught from August till December and then applied for a Title 1 position at Chapman Elementary which she landed. After that she applied for classroom positions around the state and in Hawaii and Michigan. She was looking for a classroom teacher position. She was offered a few untraditional positions but settled on what she hoped would build her experience as a third grade "inclusion" teacher within an impoverished low-income area of Hawaii. Homer and local areas did not offer a classroom position. After much deliberation around the family it was decided that getting away with my youngest brother to build her resume and give him a balanced home life was a good plan. As a family we chose all together the Hawaii position. It was a career building decision. Life has not been easy for any of us and it's hard to talk about. This family needs help. The debt and financial burden has spiraled out of control, our dad works so hard every day and still cannot make enough money to pay all the bills. If they lose their home I fear my family may fall apart, my brother will have no place to go. We appreciate any help that comes our way. My Mom's plan is to return to Alaska this June to substitute teach and hopefully land a teaching position in our area after gaining such valuable teaching experience. My youngest brother will graduate soon and he has benefited from this time away. Thank you so much for your thoughts and prayers during this hard time.
