Sam's Philippine Relief Trip

Thank You everyone for your Support!On Nov 8th as you know a Terrible Typhoon destroyed the lives of many people in the Philippines. I lived in this part of the world in 1999 and 2000 while I was serving a Mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. The Philipino people were living in sub-standard conditions then and I can only imagine how bad they are now. I have always wanted to return to visit them, but I have always wanted tomake a difference in their lives when I did, unfortunately I have a real reason to go now. I have been searching for an organization to allow me to serve these people again. Through much study and prayer I found Charity Vision. For the past 29 years they have been providing free medical surgeries and care to the Philippines. Since the Typhoon they have expanded there services to provide other Humanitarian assistance. I have the opportunity to travel with Charity Vision to help rebuild the lives of the who were devastated by the Storm.
