Baby Evan

Im Baby Evan I was born on September 2,2013 at 36 weeks because mommy had Cholestasis of pregnancy l weighted 7lbs 3oz when I was born I was under respiratory distress and was rushed to the NICU. The very next day I was rushed into surgery because of malrotation they removed my appendix to make room to reset my intestines. I also had serve Hydronephrosis on my left kidney and mild in my right. .So they removed my left kidney. After the surgery I had to have 3 blood transfusions. Shortly after the doctors did a MRI on me to find I had a underlying parenchymal hemorrhage. So if that wasn't enough I tested positive for SCIDs..I have been tested 4 times 2 positive and 2 negative..I have just been retested for the 5th time now waiting for results. I Have a high white blood cell count so I had a bone marrow biopsy done most of the results came back negative. But I have a high risk of developing leukemia. Because I have Noonan syndrome/leopard syndrome and any other possible syndrome that the PTPN11 gene mutation is linked to. I stayed in the Nicu for 6weeks. I now go to biweekly appointments with numerous doctors. Most recently I had Open Heart Surgery on my pulmonary valve on 1/28/14 the next day they found I had fluid around my lungs and had to put 2 tube in my sides to drain the fluid after that my right lung collapsed..over the course of my hospital stay it improved. . Even though I have been though so much in my little life I am a fighter and will continue to do so with my mommy and daddy and the rest of my family and God by my side! !

We Live In East Stroudsburg Pa and travel to New York for Evans appointments at the Children's Hospital a couple times a month.
