After 13 years of marriage, we bought our first home September 24th, 2013.
After being in the home for less than 2 months we have discovered the furnace needs more than a little cleaning. It needs to be replaced entirely.
We were unwise in many respects when it came to properly planning our finances for owning a home and now we are left with a house that has no heat. I own these mistakes and am asking for grace and the kindness of others to help me turn this around.
