Sara's LMS Fight

As some of you may know, Sara, recently in late October had to undergo Emergency open heart, lung and pelvic surgery to remove a mass...well unfortunately this mass was over 2.5 feet long and extended from her lungs, through her heart and all the way down through her kidneys and liver, once biopsied the tumor was malignent. She has been diagnosed with stage 4 Leiomyosarcoma, it is a very rare soft tissue cancer affecting only 4 in one million cancer patients usually over the age of 50.


Sara has a very positive outlook and is fighting very hard to keep that outlook, however it is not easy at times. Due to the recent open heart surgery and recent diagnosis, she is unable to work under doctors orders. Sara has been Bartending while trying to build her real estate career. Neither offered health insurance which was not affordable for her on her own.


Sara does not want the cancer to control her life, but unfortunately at the present time it is controlling her finances. She recently received her medical bills that total well over $300,000.00. I am reaching out to EVERYONE especially that know and love Sara to help her on the BIGGEST fight and journey of her young spirited 37 year old life. Sara has begun her treatments, however with her insurance not taking effect until January, the treatments are all out of pocket plus travel to and from doctors and just common living expenses. This will be a very stressful time for her. Any type of donation big or small are all welcomed gratefully and if that cant happen then please pray and send her positive thoughts and love that she makes a speedy recovery.
