MY FIGHT AGAINST ALS

One year ago my life forever changed, I was diagnosed with ALS also known as Lou Gehrig’s disease. If your not aware there is no known cure and no effective medication approved for my condition. This disease is intense in its ways and does so by attacking motor neurons that over time make it so your muscles no longer work.
We all know muscles are needed to breathe, eat and swallow. So essentially ALS stops your muscles from working. My life was expectancy was given to be 1-3 years at the most. While saying that I have the desire to continue to fulfill the rest of time as most would, and that is to try and prolong my time as much as possible. However , while having this disease it makes the daily tasks of making something to eat; respiration devices modifications to the house, medical bills, groceries, supplements extremely difficult to obtain or accomplish.
I wholeheartedly ask that anything given will be greatly appreciated because as I am on a very limited fixed income and would like to enrich the remaining portion of my life.
