Help Lady Dorian get back on her Paws!

Lady Dorian is an eleven week old Siberian Husky who joined my family just two weeks ago, although I have been waiting for her for near on six months. She was playing with her best friend Henri the Puggle when for some unknown reason she began to scream in pain. After a $1650 trip to the emergency room we learned that she has a condylar humeral fracture (a uniquely fractured elbow). This fracture is so rare that the vet at the hospital had only seen one other in her career.

Lady Dorian will need to have surgery tomorrow to be paid in full of an approximate additional $6000, I am worried I won't have the funds in time to get her back on her paws.

I have only had her two weeks, which means even if I had gotten the pet insurance like I was planning on, she wouldn't be covered yet.

She is the most docile, lovable animal I have ever met and she is as good as my first born. Please help me help her, we would be most grateful.
