Hey Guys! First of all thanks for coming to our page. Let us explain to you a little bit about us first.
We are an amateur non-profit Musical Theater Society based in the heart of Berlin. Our aim is bring Musical Theater back into the lives of those who have lost the sparkle due to 9 to 5 jobs. In the past year we have built a team of loving, talented and dedicated musical geeks. Our first show last year was a compilation show that we called A Walk Down Broadway. It was a huge sucess, and was even sold out within weeks! We used A Walk Down Broadway to fundraise and pay for the liscensing for Little Shop of Horrors, which we planned to perform in May. Liscensing and Material included we have now spent around 800 euros. Then came Corona Virus...Due to Corona being so extreme, shutting theaters etc, we have had to delay our show until October 2020. This unfortunately come with large costs. It costs ca 150 euros for every extra month that we extend the liscence.
The shining stars in our group refuse to give up hope! We have already successfully started online rehearsals, as well as many online group chats to keep up the morale!
We will not let Corona destroy our love for musicals and love for being on the stage!
This is why we have decided to come up with some creative ideas for Fundraising. Our first venture is to do Facebook Live Concerts! We really hope you enjoy listening to us showcase our talent. If you enjoyed it, please feel free to leave us a small donation, even 1 euro helps us on the road to performing. If you can´t donate, don´t worry - just do us the favour of sharing us around Facebook so that we can reach as many people as possible.
