Broken Pipe!!!

Hi, my name is Angel and my mom is having an emergency. A pipe broke behind the wall of their kitchen. The sneaky bugger is leaking into the wall and underneath the cabinets, completely concealing a dangerous and costly emergency. The smell of mold led them to investigate and find rotting cabinets and inches of pooled water hiding underneath the cabinets and behind the wall. Once all the water is sopped up, turning back on the water main returns the flood underneath within minutes. The broken pipe is the cause but the consequence is the cabinets and the wall. Everything must go. The water main is currently remaining off and no one can use the water until this has been rectified. To make a bad situation worse, due to a recent health crisis, their monthly income had already taken a big hit. There just isn't any money to deal with yet another emergency. Anything will help them. Please help me get them running water, remove the mold, repair the wall, and replace the cabinets. Thank you.
