Help Save Oakley

This is Oakley and he is 3 year old golden retriever. He has been by my side traveling the country throughout my military career. He brings joy to every person he comes in contact with and has always had a way of cheering people up. Three weeks ago, poor Oakley was diagnosed with Spindle Cell Neoplasm, a cancerous tumor on his head above his left eye. After being transferred to a veterinarian specialist, the vet stated that Oakley still has a chance but radiation/surgery was needed. My boy is only three years old and it breaks my heart to see him with this lump on his head. Oakley is still playful Oakley and is in zero pain, however, I know the time will come down the road if i cannot get him the treatment he needs. It is like he has no idea that there is anything wrong. I love my dog more than anything and it has always been us. Right now, I am an Honorably discharged Marine in college and, believe it or not, he has helped me get to where i am today. I have spent the last of my personal student loans on getting him the proper veterinarian specialists for a diagnosis. i have also met with the surgeons and they are the ones who have told me what needs to be done. With the surgery, sedation, and radiation treatments the vets first estimate was 9,000 dollars. I applied for a Veterinarian Care Credit card and i unfortunately was only approved for 1,000. Feeling like there was nothing i could do, i was told about this website and figured i would desperately give this a shot. I also have a donation site via the Hero Network as well. I love my pup and i don't know what i would do without him. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Please help save my Oakley. Thank You and God Bless. Tim
