Help me travel to treatment

Hi, I'm totally blind. I'm trying to go to a trauma program in Louisiana and need money for travel and other expenses. I will be going to River Oaks for treatment for trauma and eating disorder. Also, some money would be needed for the vending machines there. I have to take a cab from my home to Springfield to the airport. That's like $40 and then for on the way back it's $40 from the airport to back home. The flight is like $250 one way. Please help me on my road to recovery.
