Help Me Get My Daughter Back

My name is Jed Marquardt, I'm a 36 year old maintenance worker here in Juneau, Alaska. I need $5,000 as a lawyers retainer for the following reasons:
My ex-wife lost custody of my daughter to child protective services in California in August of last year. She has been in the states custody ever since. I have done everything the social workers asked me to do to try to get her back. They have been unwilling to work with me, and plan to put her up for adoption on Jan 8th. I need a lawyer and cannot afford one, please help.
