Support My Photo Project in Ecuador

Thanks for your visit! I was recently selected by Photographers Without Borders to produce a photo-documentary project next January in Ecuador for AVANTI, an award-winning NGO based in Nariz del Diablo, Ecuador, working to eradicate poverty through sustainable development initiatives. The project centers on the isolated mountain community of Pistishi that is struggling to lift itself out of poverty through a novel community eco-tourism program. The project's purpose is to tell the powerful stories and impact of this program on community members and to help promote tourism in the region.


I am asking for your financial support to invest in me so my work can bring many returns to the Pistishi community, the country of Ecuador, and my career as an emerging photographic artist. I am a volunteer for this project so am not being paid and bear all the costs of the project fee, airfare, ground transportation, hotel and meals. Your contribution will help me defray these costs so I can focus on what I do best. As a thank you for your support, I am offering a selection of signed prints from the upcoming project or a print from my current travel portfolio.
