Howdy I'm Flora. I have a big dream, and the dream is having a body I don't despise. That means Gender Confirmation Surgery, baby. It would be lovely if I could get that for free on a working NHS system, but after five whole ass years on a waiting list that never ends, it's increasingly clear that that isn't gonna happen.

So instead I'm going private. That means: 23k for the actual surgery, plus 2k for consultations and referrals. That's a lot of money! I don't have a lot of money!

I am grovelling at your feet for whatever you can spare. Every penny counts, but if you can spare a grand, that would be better ideally. I can assure you your money will be used; I don't necessarily expect to hit the full sum, but regardless of how much it does make I will be getting surj.
