Help Our Shul

DO YOU THINK YOU CAN RUN A HALF MARATHON???
Eitz Chaim shul (Gateshead) was founded 1 and a half years ago by a group of serious balei batim who wanted a real special beis hamedrash in which to grow in Torah & Yiras Shomayim, a place to call home. 
B'h we have been succesful, with membership growing and regular shiurim taking place, as well as a very popular, vibrant evening chaburah. The bi-weekly Shabbos morning and melava malkas & special events for childrenhelp to promote a real feeling of community for all ages.

Obviously all this involves great financial outlay, so I have decided to do my little bit to help.
As an avid runner, I'm training to do my 1st half marathon race in Sunderland in just a few weeks time; 21km involving thousands of people. I'm  going to push myself really hard in an effort to raise money for our Shul, together with my good friend Zvi Massar ,  I plan on completing the course in about 1hr 30mins.
