Swartz Family Assistance-Govt Shutdown

Thank you for reading our story. I am rarely one to ask for help but we have no choice at this time. My husband is a federal employee currently furloughed because of the government shutdown. I work full time as a Paramedic and do part time delivery for Amazon when my bad back allows, but it’s not enough to cover our Mortgage payment and bills. Unknowing when my husband will go back to work or whether he’ll even receive backpay, has left us with very little money to pay bills or provide for our two boys, 4 and 7 years old.

We’ve been selling things online for extra cash to pay the bills but it is not enough. A donation in any amount, sharing our needs, or prayers would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
