Bud' s Mahalo Grill

My name is Bud Willis and i have a gift from God that brings people together. Something that brings fellowship, joy, and happiness. My blessing is the art of preparing and serving food. I am originally from Hawaii and did some growing up in New Mexico. The things I've encountered growing up i would never take back. It made me who I am today. A God fearing man. One who puts God first. A father of two boys that I take pride in trying to raise to be better in everything they do. Their walk with God, being humble, school work, sports, and manners. I'm trying to raise money for a food truck out here in West Texas and surrounding areas. It's Called "Bud's Mahalo". Mahalo in Hawaiian means Thank you. My menu will be a mixture of Hawaiian Cuisine and New Mexico flavors. I called it Bud's Mahalo because I want to give. Give the people in this area something that is something very special to me. Food they've never experienced. Food brings fellowship. My thank you. My thank you to God, to the community, my family, and my friends.For making me who i am today. I want to give back in ways that I've been dreaming and talking about for years. This is something I've been praying and talking about for a couple years now. And the time is now. God prepared me for this and told me the time is ripe. So please, help me give back and give my thank you to everyone and everything in an extraordinary way. Through Food and fellowship.
