BLOG: FREEDOM FAMILY 7

We are a family of seven with an insatiable desire for love, adventure, and freedom. Jay and I have been together for 21 years and our children are ages 13, 11, 8, 6 & 3. We have pics on our blog. The writings on our blog highlight our journey from what we call, "The American Nightmare" to freedom, freedom from standard constructs and the perpetual hamster wheel of modern day society.

The events and happenings noted in our blog detail all the "wealth" that we gained from our journey and our pursuit of what really matters. As we exited the normal paradigms of society, we only fell in love more, learned more, and lived life to the fullest.

Our gifts, talents, and experiences are listed on the blog. It is our deepest passion to financially support our family with the gifts and talents that we gained, as well as to travel freely to share of our deep experiences.

It is noted on one of the blog posts of our first big dive into the unknown and our most mind blowing rush of a lifetime, when we gave most of our "stuff" away and set out to cross the country from NC to Utah to get a 24 year old motorhome. We had 4 children then and they were quite small at the time. More details are shared of this grand adventure, but after conceiving baby #5 on the trip, we had basically outgrown the motorhome.

Even after returning, we continued to turn over stones of understanding and our pursuit of freedom continued. Many hair raising events led us on yet another journey across country, this time from the east coast to Oregon. After traveling through a maze of endless twists and turns, we found opportunity knocking again in the form of a partially converted school bus:.The Green Giant.

We are in need of assistance in the conversion and maintenance of the bus as we pursue freedom. As the blessings of life tend to show up in so many miraculous forms and fashions, we have met dear friends who want to help with the labor of the conversion.

OUR BLOG is at http://FreedomFamily7.wordpress.com

Our story is there. We are in a position of needing to put bunks and a stove/kitchen AND A HEATER in the bus, along with good tires on the bus, so that we can make it through the winter months. ANY EXTRA WILL GO TO AN AUTOMOBILE. Our van went belly up last year, and we have been for over a year without transportation. So anything past the 2700 will go towards a vehicle.

We are most grateful for your giving, and thank you for joining us on our adventure!
