24 HOUR CYCLE FOR THE HOSPICE
So I have decided to do a fund raiser for St Francis Hospice.

So why? why is a questions everyone uses daily about things others have said or done which are beyond belief.. in a good way.
My answer is WHY NOT.
Why not cycle for 24 hours straight on my birthday in aid of an amazing cause?
Why Not in todays society step away from doing things for yourself and instead do for others and hopefully inspire others in the process.
Why Not give up 1 day of my life to help raise money for people who have only a finite amount of days remaining!
On the 6th of October I will be cycling from 7pm to 7pm on the 7th of October. I will be cycling 3 hours straight with a 5 minute break for the essentials then back on.
The cycle will take place in PRO PT Studios in Clonee Village.
If you're interested in coming on board and cycling with me for an hour to help raise even more money for SFH then you are more than welcome. A time slot booking is essential..... please don't be shy I will need the company.
So I'm rambling on a bit now so I will close this off and hope you can support, not just me. But the 1000s of people this great establishment helps every year!
