My Family Needs Help

My cousin Nelson Omar had been sick for months and continually misdiagnosed in hospitals in Puerto Rico.has a brain tumor. We brought him stateside after the hurricane hit the island to get better care.  After extensive test Dr's discovered he had a brain tumor. The tumor continued to grow and his condition worsened.  Dr's have now done all they can do for him. It is his final desire to go back home to be close to friends and family. To go back home he needs to fly in an air ambulance because of his condition.  Update. With a heavy heart I will notify everyone Nelson Omar has passed away 25 April 2018. We still need help to bring him back home to his final resting place.
