<div>As many of you may or may not know, my family has been walking this lung disease journey with my dad for a long time, but the last two years have been the hardest. His health declined faster than any of us were prepared for, and it turned our whole world upside down.

<div>He recently received a lung transplant — <strong>a blessing we are beyond grateful for</strong> — but the recovery is long, intense, and still uncertain. On top of everything, he will be out of work for at least 3 months, if not longer. The financial stress of medical bills, travel, and being out of work has been overwhelming for our family.
