Holly M. Ford Memorial- F*** Cancer
Holly M. Ford passed away on Tuesday, April 3, 2018 from stage IV breast cancer. Holly battled cancer bravely, and in the best way she knew how, stubbornly. She passed surrounded by loved ones, and she had so many. Holly was an extremely loved member of multiple communities from Rhode Island to Oregon. She was a nurse, an outdoor enthusiast, a nature lover to the max, a botanist, an animal lover, stubborn, an AMAZING Grandmother, and a loyal, loving mother. Most of all, Holly loved life to the absolute fullest right up to the very end. She had a happiness that spread to anyone and everyone close to her and she had a laugh that was even more contagious. She had no regrets, she loved fiercely, and she was her families protector through and through. At the end, the cancer spread very aggressively and very quick. There was little time to plan for anything and the timing was so unexpected. We, as a family are reaching out to the community that Holly loved so much, and asking for help pulling together funds in order to provide Holly with the services that show her the love, honor, and respect that she deserves. In true Holly fashion, we will be having a memorial/celebration of life on Tuesday, April 10 for anyone who wants to come pay respects and celebrate the beautiful life and person who touched so many people.
