Stormy (Allison) is an 18 year old single mother of Violet, who is 7 months old. Stormy was diagnosed with a massive brain tumor (Acoustic Neuroma) in October of this year which requires surgery and an undetermined
amount of physical and occupational therapy afterwards. Her symptoms include: severe migraine headaches, numbness of the face, complete loss of hearing in her right ear, problems with equilibrium which is affecting her balance and simple motor skills to name a few. Since diagnosis she has had to take an unpaid
leave of absence from her job. Her parents were able to get her on an HMO, which will
cover a majority of the immediate medical expenses, but the anesthesiologist and co-pays are not. She is in dire need of assistance for simple everyday items that most of us take for granted, such as; her insurance deductible, child-care during
her recovery, expenses of getting back & forth to therapy, diapers, etc. Even if you cannot help out financially, please help by "sharing" this on your status.
