Help Bing With Medical Expenses

Last night, Bing was roaming my room supervised and got behind my bed and started screaming in pain out of nowhere. I looked at him and his back legs stopped working. I immediately took him to the emergency vet at a&m and they took x-rays and showed that his back was broken and it was damaging his spine.
