The Quest for Miss Continental Plus 2014

Work has begun in earnest here getting Jacqueline St James ready for competition at the Miss Continental Plus Pageant in Chicago, April of 2014.
Leaping before Looking has long been Our standard MO and once again we are in that Post Leap free-fall and are realizing what kind of monies this endeavor entails...
Just a quicky breakdown reveals this.
To proceed we will need:
Gown and Accessories, Travel expenses including food, lodging for ourselves and a multitude of dancers, & gas. An emergency fund in case of car troubles on the road (God Forbid). Plus Talent Dancers and Talent costumes.
Seeing it Spelled out makes this sound Impossible. (Maybe that's the Lure...)
Over the next 5 short little tiny months It will be our job to rehearse Talent til we drop. To make decisions on Style and Color and Pattern and Fabric for an Evening Gown. To find that Perfect Suit for Interview. To Tease Hair to Heights only found in Hushed Rumor.
All of this will occur with each of us working 2 or more jobs...
