Keep Collect

After opening Collect 14 months ago it’s finally in big fat trouble. Sales were nearly nothing in January and February this year, and we have been exactly one month behind since January. Retail is rough. I’m rethinking the whole business model here, and would like to keep Collect as more of a shared co-op space. I think the idea of me doing it alone is unrealistic. But I’d love for Collect to stay around because I think it’s important to have special small businesses and interesting things existing in a city. We have always supported artists, community, music and local makers - that’s what I’m really passionate about. It’s more than just a quirky little vintage shop. We’ve had about 20 bands play here and sold a ton of local art. Now we need a little help from all you beautiful people! I appreciate all the support everyone has given in ways I can’t express.I’d like to start a -go fund me- where lovely angels can donate $40 and get a pair of those cute little frameless sunnies in return. Buy cool glasses, save Collect ?!I need to sell 200 pair to get back on track here. Yeah!
