Eliza Willow Smith

This is Eliza Willow Smith. She has a genetic disorder called Spinal Muscular Atrophy. She is now 4 years old and is out growing her car seat and her mommy's car is in need of repairs. We need comfortable and reliable transportation to continue to get Eliza to doctor's appointments and such. She needs a wheel chair as her kid cart provided to her causes her distress. We could also use a handicap van to transport her as easy as possible. I do not know how much these items will cost, so I just did a rough estimate.
Currently, there is no cure for SMA, but there are numerous clinical trials being performed. The doctors say that whatever we are doing with Eliza....just to keep doing it because it is keeping her going. I believe her survival is related to her happiness and contentment.
