<div>My sweet baby boy, <strong>Cinnamon</strong>, recently found out that he has a diaphragmatic hernia that has caused his intestines, liver, spleen, and possibly colon to make way into his chest cavity, and I was told by my vet that <strong>surgery is the only real chance of survival</strong>. My vet does not do said surgery because of how severe it is, so I have made a consultation appointment with the specialist for today (October 28) to see what his next steps are.

<div>I do know that the specialist clinic quoted me anywhere from $8.5-9k+ for this type of procedure.

<div>Right now, I’m just focusing on my sweet boy and really hoping there is a positive outcome to this. He is only 4.5-5 months old, weighs about 4.5 pounds, so the risk really does terrify me, but who am I to not try to help him enjoy the life he was given to the fullest?

<div>I rescued him from my work, and I do truly believe he was brought into my life for a reason. I will forever hold my fur babies close and do what I can for them.

<div><strong>If you can donate, any bit helps as I will be doing tests today I’m sure to see his levels for surgery are good and possible ultrasound to see what other organs are involved in this.</strong>
