Officer Delcaso

On the night of 3/17/18 on Ocean Drive a MBPD Motorman Office Delcaso had a bottle thrown at his head. Fortunately, his quick actions avoided him from being hit in the head. He raised his arm but the bottle that was thrown with so much force fractured his wrist and sadly split his wedding ring in half. We wish Officer Delcaso a flawless recovery and thank him for his service. That said, we have started this GoFund account to help Officer Delcaso repair his wedding ring.
