Help Me Get A Kidney

Hi I'm Celso a 46 year old father of 4 and a grandfather of 3. I have been on dyailse since May of 2016 after a rush to the ER and finding out only 7% of my kidneys are working. I go to dialysis 3 times a week for 4 hours and have been on a strict diet this has become a must to stay alive and with my family. I'm now trying to get on the transplant list and I have done all the test necessary the only thing I need now are the funds for the medication needed for the 3 months after surgery that insurance is not covering all of the cost. My family and I are greatly thankful for any help I can get to be able to have a healthy future.
